Project Overview
The project "Oops!... I Wasted It Again!" 🍽️ brings together young people from Italy 🇮🇹, France 🇫🇷, Greece 🇬🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Macedonia 🇲🇰, and Turkey 🇹🇷 to tackle the pressing issue of global food waste 🌍. With alarming levels of food waste worldwide, where up to 50% of food produced goes uneaten 🥡, this project aims to raise awareness about the environmental 🌱, economic 💶, and social impacts of waste. Through interactive workshops 🛠️ and cross-cultural collaboration 🤝, participants will explore sustainable practices such as composting 🌿 and food recycling, learn about responsible consumption 📊, and work towards reducing food waste in their communities 🏡, contributing to global efforts aligned with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals 🎯.
